Here are the emails between Karen Clout, Richard Landry from Global TV and Gail Asper former Canwest Global board member and Mr. G. The first email you see from Mr. G. to Ms Asper voicing his concerns. Next is the reply from Gail Asper saying she will contact Peter Viner CEO of Global, we assume she knows him personally as she was on the board of directors. Next email is from Karen Clout to Mr.G. replying to Ms Asper's concerns. You can see Karen Clout is not happy that Viner made her reply. Next is Mr. G's reply to Clout suggesting she reply in an honest straightforward manner to Ms Asper. Next email and this is OUTRAGEOUS is an email from Richard Landry bullying and threatening Mr. G.. Next are emails between Clout and Landry. Notice how she cc'd the note to almost everyone at Global showing what a tough cookie she is and sent one to Mr. G. to try and scare him. Nice try. Please remember Mr G. did not contact Global staff, Karen Clout contacted him even tho she didn't have to. She should have simply replied to Gail Asper like Peter Viner her CEO instructed her to do. She simply blew off Ms.Asper out of spite (never replied to her) which is similar to when she emailed the CBSC on several occasions to discredit Mr. G. saying he's a problem, which is typical of someone who knows they are wrong. You can see Landry attacking the messenger without cause, he must have a "thing" for Clout to make such an ass of himself. Mr G. hadn't received his copy of the CBSC decision thus Global had it for weeks before Mr. G. The decision was published in Nov. of 09 and he didn't get his copy until March /2010. After calling the CBSC lawyers about the Landry threat he immediately received his copy via email. No hard copy was ever sent. Btw there was no correspondence initiated by Mr.G. to Global staff except for the formal complaints (thru the CBSC) and answers to Karen Clout's aggressive and libelous emails. He called the Global corporate headquarters to leave a message with Craig Junner re: the PG warning and Michelle Medford re: breaking Advertising Standards Council rule 11. Global's staff telephoned Mr. G. at home on one occasion, talk about harassment. Global's staff is angry at Mr.G. for contacting Gail Asper as she got Viner involved. Obviously they don't like this website either exposing them as mean spirited meddlers.

This is not a joke or spam. Global TV broadcast the Jack Van Impe Ministries Presents every Sunday morning at 8:30 when kids and some Muslims will be watching tv. He attacks Islam on a weekly basis. His doom & gloom prophecies and conspiracy theories are not suitable for children to view. We have file complaints with the CBSC and are awaiting their decision. As well the CRTC is waiting for the CBSC outcome. I think it is important for Gail to know what is going on considering she is spearheading the Human Rights Museum and Van Impe's hate messages flies in the face of human rights don't you think? I await your reply. You will find all the info you need at this website www.jackvanimpe.ca it's my website exposing Global TV. Thanks, G G****

Dear Mr. G*****
Thank you for your note of February 8th regarding your concerns about the Jack Van Impe Ministries Presents series. I will forward them to the CEO of Global Television. Given the changes in management and ownership of Global TV over the last year, we are not in a position to address these issues and suggest you pursue your concerns directly with Global management and the Board of Directors.
Yours very truly,

I would also like a response to my complaint in December #09/10/0567 This is the program (Dec6/09) in which Van Impe said "there is something wrong with Islam", "Kaleik Sheik Mohammed should be executed without trial" and "alcoholics and drug addicts are sinners". All three statements break the Television Broadcast Act 5b and CAB Code of Ethics clause 2 and 8. There is nowhere at the CBSC website where it says I can only make a certain number of complaints. Not one of Ms. Medford's or your responses where honest. You tried to deceive me on three occasions and deceived Mr. Dahl's when he complained about Van Impe to Tim Jones. By leaving out the second part of Clause 8 you are being deceptive and to think you can get away with it is ridiculous, what do you think people can't read? One thing for you folks at Global should note. Gail Asper ( who is an expert on human rights and intolerance) contacted you because she has concerns about your decision to broadcast Van Impe presents. If you lie to her I will call you on it. Mr G***** Your correspondence to various employees of Canwest Media has been brought to my attention. I have reviewed your file and wish to confirm to you that your issues have been responded to and dealt with. Effective immediately any further correspondence will be deemed a nuisance and harassment. You are hereby ordered to cease forwarding any further correspondence to Canwest Media and its employees. Failure to comply may result in criminal proceedings being instituted against you without further notice.
Please be guided accordingly.

We have to comment here. What he is saying is if Mr.G was to get a Muslim or Jewish organization or any citizen who is concerned (a petition) about Van Impe to complain or contact Global TV about airing Van Impe Landry would take some kind of legal action. There is no other interpretation, Landry's email came immediately after Ms. Asper's email to Viner and as we have stated Mr. G. never initiated contact with any Global staff since the first complaint. To complain about a program a person must write/email Global TV/CBSC and there is no limit. In the Mcvety case the gay groups complained several times but had lawyers.

The email below exposes Karen Clout manager of regulatory affairs as a liar and an idiot who cannot comprehend what she reads.
Mr. G***** Please find attached the CBSC’s email to you of February 3, 2010 regarding file # 09/10-0567 stating that we are not required to send another response to you regarding this complaint because we have already responded to several similar complaints from you. That said, we have looked at the episode of Jack Van Impe Presents that aired December 6th 2009 and can only assume you are referring to the transcript below about drugs and alcohol: At 8:47:05 Mr. Van Impe stated: They have drug cartels from Mexico in most of the major cities of America now. They are responsible for our drug addicts and all the rest. And it’s one of the signs. Do you know that? Revelations 18:23, for by drugs were all nations deceived all nations. It’s the first time in history it’s ever happened. And I’ll tell you, you can’t get to heaven with drug abuse. If you are on drugs or you are having problems with alcoholism, you better ask god for help and change your ways. There is a good change. We don’t need beer bashes at Washington, D.C. to solve our problems. We need Jesus. Revelations 9:21 says, they repented not of their murders, their drugs, their fornications, and their thefts, the things they do to get drugs. Revelations 21:8, Revelations 22:15 says no drug user or pusher can enter the kingdom of god. Now listen to this in Galatians 5:21-23. And remember that the term sorceries there or witchcraft always means a drug abuse problem. That’s the way the word should be translated. So listen when I get to number six on this. The works of the flesh are manifest which in these: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envies, murders, drunkenness and revellings. Seventeen sins, including drug abuse and alcoholism of the which I tell you before as I now tell you again that they which do such things shall not, shall not, shall not inherit the kingdom of god. You’d better get deliverance from your drugs and your alcohol if you want to see god at the end of the road. At no point in this episode does anyone say “there is something wrong with Islam", "Kaleik Sheik Mohammed should be executed without trial" as you claim. In fact, Kaleik Sheik Mohammed is not even mentioned, nor is it stated that anyone should be executed. In response to the email sent to Ms. Asper who, by the way, is no longer a member of the Canwest Global Board of Directors. She stepped down several weeks ago and therefore she will not be cc’d on this reply. Under the Broadcasting Act, broadcasters are required to provide a broad spectrum of entertainment and information programming for "men, women and children of all ages, interests and tastes". Television programming is required to be diverse and appealing to a wide range of audiences. Before we decide to broadcast a program, our Programming Department screens it to ensure it is suitable for broadcast. The determination of suitability includes ensuring that the broadcast would not contravene applicable broadcast laws and industry codes including, but not limited to, the Canadian Association of Broadcasters’ (CAB) “Code of Ethics”, “Equitable Portrayal Code for Television and Radio Programming”, and “CAB Violence Code”. As a result, what one viewer might consider an interesting or informative program might lead another to turn the channel. Global Television adheres to the television rating system created by the Canadian Association of Broadcasters (CAB) and the Action Group on Violence on Television (AGVOT). This six-level rating system is used to classify any levels of violence, language or sex/nudity in all drama, feature film and children’s programming broadcast in Canada. These classifications allow viewers to use V-chip technology, which is built into almost all television sets, to screen out programs with mature subject matter that they do not wish to watch. This public rating system is intended to advise viewers of a program’s content in order to allow you, the viewer to determine a program’s suitability for your own viewing needs and desires. As required, an on-screen key airs for the first fifteen seconds of the program and a matching V-Chip data is encoded into our transmission for the entire duration of the program. Jack Van Impe Presents is now rated “PG”. Programming with this classification may contain themes which might not be suitable for viewers under the age of 8. As well, parents should be aware that there might be elements, such as limited sexual reference or content, which some could consider inappropriate for unsupervised viewing by children in the 8-13 age range. Clause 8 of the Canadian Association of Broadcasters' (CAB) Code of Ethics states: Broadcasters should endeavour to make available to the community adequate opportunity for presentation of religious messages and should also endeavour to assist in all ways open to them the furtherance of religious activities in the community. Jack Van Impe Presents is a religious program featuring American televangelist Jack Van Impe and his wife citing passages from the scripture and compares what is written, to how it relates (in his opinion) to the events going on in the world today. With the above in mind, the following disclaimers are aired at the top of every broadcast. ‘The opinions expressed in the following program are those of the participant and do not necessarily reflect those of Global Television.’ Although there may be skepticism about of Jack Van Impe’s style of reporting, Canadian broadcasters are entitled to air this type of programming. We look forward to receiving the CBSC’s determinations regarding your previous complaints. Regards, Karen Clout Manager, Regulatory Affairs 121 Bloor St. E, 16th Floor Toronto, ON M4W 3M5
Okay assumed the date without verification, left out second paragraph of clause 8 (as usual), she only provides a few minutes of transcripts saying the rest of my accusations do not exist but provides no evidence (transcripts). The transcripts she does provide prove he said disparaging remarks about people with substance abuse issues. That insensitive statement breaks TBA 5 and shows us Karen Clout has absolutely no grasp on the CAB code of Ethics or The Television Broadcast Act. Van Impe said; "And I’ll tell you, you can’t get to heaven with drug abuse. If you are on drugs or you are having problems with alcoholism, you better ask god for help and change your ways." Herein lies the problem with his statement a person with substance abuse problems need medical and psychological help not threats of going to hell or being a sinner. I don't see "thou shalt not be a substance abuser" in the 10 Commandments. We have never heard of anyone in AA, NA being called a sinner. Jack Van Impe is a bigot and a sociopath. Return to the main page and read the Television Broadcast Act re: people with disabilities. What part of any of this is okay for kids to view. Karen Clout denies Van Impe's statements about drugs and alcohol and it's written right in front of her. So why should anyone believe anything she says re: Van Impe's other statements. Jack Van Impe made bigoted statements on Global TV so it's Mr G's word as a social worker vs. a corporate shill. We held our noses and checked out Revelations. Van Impe likes to quote this passage from Revelations to say drug addicts are going to hell and Karen Clout quoted him in a response to my complaint. Nowhere does it say in the bible that Substance Abusers are sinners. What does this mean? Jack Van Impe changes the word of God to suit his sociopathic needs and just because he recites "passages" they do not always exist or he just lies outright.. There is no mention of drug dealers or pushers he made it up. Go back to the response from Clout where she has so kindly provided bible passages that don't exist.
Revelation 9:21 King James Bible Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts. Van Impe added "the things they do to get drugs"
Revelations 18:23 King James And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived. Van Impe said, 'for by drugs were all nations deceived all nations"
Revelation 21:8 (New International Version, ©2010) But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.” Van Impe said: "says no drug user or pusher can enter the kingdom of god".
Revelation 22:15 (New International Version, ©2010) Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood. Van Impe said again: "says no drug user or pusher can enter the kingdom of god".
Jack Van Impe likes to insert Drugs and Pushers into bible passages like Glenn Beck likes to insert Nazi into everything
